The last area i got to was the subaquatic caverns and i have the teleport to the station entrance and the cutscense triggered for the area and everything. the last upgrade i got was the hoverjets.

I have gotten to a point where i cannot do much more I have gotten what I think to be 90% of the map and haven't been able to do much else than explore. I'm unsure if I'm missing something like an upgrade that's preventing me from getting to some the spots on the map, since i seem to have 2 open upgrade slots, but there are some areas I cannot reach. I'm unsure what to do at this point, and figured that debug would be unlocked by now, however it isn't. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
